Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
In short: sorceryrealm.com collects only what it needs to run games. It doesn't sell your information, show ads, or use analytics or tracking.
What the site collects
- Your account. Your player name and, if you registered with a password, a salted hash of that password — never the password itself.
- Discord, if you use it. Discord tells the site your Discord user ID, username and display name (Discord's "identify" permission).
- Sign-ins. When you sign in, whether it was your first time, and when you were last active.
- Your profile, if you fill it in. A display name, your country and zip code, and the email address of your sorcerytcg.com account. All of it is optional.
- Play. Game data such as decks and replays.
What other players can see
Your player name, or your display name if you set one, in the hall and any public activity such as games or chats. Your country, zip code and sorcerytcg.com email are shown to nobody else.
In your browser
The site keeps your sign-in token and a few display preferences in your browser's local storage. It doesn't use cookies.
Other services
- Discord, only if you choose to sign in with it. Discord's own privacy policy covers your Discord account.
- Google Fonts. The site's typefaces are downloaded from Google's servers, which may see your IP address when your browser fetches them.
- Card images. A few card pictures may load straight from the card publisher's image servers, which may see your IP address.
- sorcerytcg.com. If you import a deck from a sorcerytcg.com link, the site's server fetches that page; none of your details are sent with it.
- Hosting. The site's data is stored on a server rented from a hosting provider.
The site doesn't sell, rent or trade your information, and doesn't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long it's kept
Your account information is kept for as long as your account exists. If you ask for your account to be deleted, your account details, Discord link and saved decks are deleted. Records of games you played may be kept as part of the other players' game history.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing commandergamesmonett@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as those under the GDPR in the EU and UK or the CCPA in California, and requests will be honored as those laws require.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and access to the server is restricted. No site can promise perfect security, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 13, and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, get in touch and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
